Had the best time at Sushi by Bou at PGA National! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was on point—sexy, intimate, and super cool. Chef JB was awesome—fun, engaging, and really made the omakase experience special. Every single bite was delicious! I went for my birthday and they truly went above and beyond. The whole team—from management to the bartender to other chefs Carlos and Ali—made me feel celebrated. I went with my boyfriend and my best friend and we all had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to come back! Do yourself a favor and get one of the add-ons. The “Big Mac” was so incredible!

Absolutely loved this entire experience. The ambiance, the food, the chef, everything was 10/10. I enjoyed every single course (we did the 12) and I wish we did the 17. We will definitely be doing the 17 on our next visit. The restaurant is small and intimate and perfect for a date night. Can’t believe i’ve been living at PGA for a year now and just stumbled upon this place. Can’t wait to come back!

We decided, the company and the food were most important so we took an odd time of 3pm. So glad we did. It was quiet so we could hear each other and our chef. Each course was better than the one prior. The flavors built with a new favorite on each course. Our chef was personable and interactive. Sushi was unique and melts in your mouth. Be open to the experience. It was worth it.

We had so much fun! Our group of 12 all agreed that we are going to make sure to come here every time we stay at the PGA. Each sushi was perfectly made and they made it so memorable. My favorite that was made was the Unagi. However, each sushi they brought out was fantastic and we all enjoyed every bite !

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. I’m not sure how I never heard of this restaurant before, but I’m so happy I did. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday because he loves omakase. It was my first experience and can say it definitely won’t be my last after coming here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The bartender (I apologize I forgot her name) but she was AMAZING! Literally the best lychee martini I’ve ever had and my mouth is watering writing this even at 12pm. We had the 17 course and a few add ons - so worth it. Chef Ali and his team were fun, engaging and SO TALENTED. They left us wanting more! The sushi was fresh and the accompaniments and flavor were out of this world - and the presentation was beautiful . There wasn’t one dish that we weren’t impressed by. My boyfriend has experienced omakase several times but can confidently say this was by far his favorite. Thank you all for making his birthday and my first omakase unforgettable. We will be back!!!

The sushi was so top notch. Having the sushi chefs working in front of you with the background of the beach is just perfection. We had sushi chefs Mo who explained everything. I love sushi and this is the best I’ve ever had. So nice to try different things and one at a time. Just perfection.

This is a small and intimate place perfect for a personalized omakase experience. They have 2 options- 12 course for 65 or 17 course for 125. We were greeted by the manager and bartender and sat down to peruse the drink menu. The drink selections had wines, mixed drinks and saki. Then when our chef was ready, we sat at their bar where the chef made our 17 course omakase in front of us. The menu is never the same, depending on the fish they get each day. Each piece was hand crafted and put together with care, and they were delicious! There were a few rolls that required hand torching the fish, which the chef invited us to participate in. I had a reposato smoky old fashion and my husband had a delicious Saki flight. We had a delightful dinner and experience, and will be back for more!
